brotherly love

I just love these two and how precious are they? This is NOT a question for those reading! :-) I am SO blessed that God has given Andrew and I the most two precious treasures in our lives to teach, love, and grow into Godly men! I downloaded my CD of images onto my computer from my photo shoot with Sarah Craig, http://www.fishlipsphotography.com, while I should be playing with the boys, but couldn't wait any longer! Archer is behind me playing with his Play-Do while singing and Ashton is down on the floor crawling around and playing with the kitchen spoons! Such sweet times- SUPER DUPER blessed to be able to stay at home- THANKS God for providing for our family in ways we never imagined!
I'll share many more pictures, but this is where my heart melted...Why? Well lets see Archer is staring off very innocently with a lil' grin and Ashton is "loving" on his big brother and looking at him in aww with a sweet touch upon Archer's head! I'm glad I have this- gonna bottle this moment up-I'm sure there will be times they would not attempt to this kinda brotherly love!

Dear Archer and Ashton-
Mommy loves you very dearly and am so glad God picked me to be your Mom! Not only do I pray that you walk in a Godly manner, even more so that your Daddy and I, but that you treasure your brother! Siblings are a blessing...
XOXO

BTW: before I finished this post- I found out I've gotta MOVE the dog food! Oh dear!

Mimi

This is Andrew's Mom or as Mimi says my 2nd Mother! :) We just love her to pieces and are treasuring every moment we can spend with her!
My dear red-headed Ashton and his Mimi Sunday night! We've gone over there the past 2 Sunday nights and we've brought dinner and had salads together! We sat outside last night and it was so wonderful- cool breeze and sweet family time!

Archer brings some books for Mimi to read to him and we just sit back and enjoy each others company! Sweet precious times...

(video to be attached soon...file error during upload)

The funniest thing was said last weekend- Archer asked Mimi at dinner, "Where is your husband?" What I thought? How in the world does he know what that is and where did he get that? Who knows, but is was a cute moment! The answer: Papa is in the hospital and has been there for the last 2 months...

Please pray for Mimi and Papa as they are both going through some health issues! Thanks- the Fuller Folks

country?

Saturday night we went out to my grandparents in Magnolia and Andrew always teases me about being a small town country girl- well I'm NOT! He just came from the CITY and I came from the burbs, so there! Anyways- I had to vent! LOL!

My grandparents neighbors have horses and Archer immediately wanted to go see them when we got out of the car...
They were super friendly and very tame...Archer learned a new sound from them- the kind when they shake their lips!
Andrew and Archer petting the other one- they have 3 horses and one foll! It was a nice treat for Archer and Ashton- well he just kept waving his little hands up and down in excitement!

After a train birthday party and evening at my grandparents- it was surely time for a FUN bath- here is Archer with a beard already at 2! GOSH- time flies! LOL! We had such a great time at my grandparents, Granny and Pops, it is SUCH a blessing that Archer and them have the chance to play and enjoy each other! I was very blessed in the fact I knew my great-great grandparents I mean I actually knew them and my great- grandparents were like my grandparents- the pluses to having young parents! I just love my Granny and Pops, so it brings JOY to me to watch Archer and Ashton play with them!

trains, trains...

Archer and Ashton's friends Luke (2) and Will (1) celebrated their birthdays in style- with trains and loads of backyard fun!
ALL ABOARD- conductor Ashton was enjoying the party, so much to see and watch! Jodie (Luke and Will's Mommy and my sweet dear friend) had put together a gift for the kiddos: conductor hats and scarfs for them to wear during their train rides! Her little boys were dressed in their overalls and hats- too cute!

Archer and Andrew on the train ride- we were the caboose this time around- what a fun adventure for the kids that morning!

Oh look our little friend Avery with her cool shades- a girl after my own heart! Are hers bigger than mine? Umm! I wish Gymboree made those shades my size! Ashton was busy watching the ground as we road on the train too!

Gotta love the Hearn gals- Laura and Sarah! I've blogged about Laura before, Trey's mom- Archer's buddy's mom, - check it out- this is whom our boys have 1st choice on- Sarah! This Momma is a ROCKIN Momma- God LOVING, LIVING, and full of LIFE! So blessed by her friendship!

Oh look- there is Trey and Archer! Trey was not too sure about me taking his picture and Archer was like I'll smile if we can get this over and start the train ride! He cried, but I think he was getting hot waiting for the conductor to get the ride going...

We had a blast and it was so much fun! Good job JODIE- super party and loads of fun!

Marvelous MONDAY!

We went to the zoo today- we just LOVE the zoo, especially when 1- the weather is amazing and 2-we can meet a friend there to enjoy the visit with!

Archer and Avery are exactly 6 months apart to the day and here they are enjoying the sea lion show! I just love pictures of little ones from the back- its just so cute and they don't even know it!
It took over 5 shots for me to get them BOTH facing us for a picture...oh dear and Archer wasn't even smiling, but he was having fun! He was probably annoyed with me since he was trying to watch the sea lions and I kept "bothering" him for a picture!

How precious is this?!- he is sitting still and overlooking the pond and ducks- so peaceful and SO sweet- he was here for quite some time- Brandi got some of him face on- can't wait to see those!

THEN...he was Archer again- running around screaming at the birds fly away, fly away!! That's my boy!

It was such a beautiful day- what a blessing GOD! Thanks for the cooler visit to the zoo and for my dear friend Brandi- such an amazing women who encourages and strengthens those in their daily walk! We enjoyed lunch near the duck pond and kept having to get up and chase Archer and Avery to come sit back down to eat...

Such joyous times! This evening at dinner Archer was retelling his day to Andrew and mentioned whom it was at the zoo with and Andrew replied, "Avery?" Archer answer, "yes- she is a pretty girl!" Too sweet! I want to bottle up his words and save them for those moments in the future that I may not like his words...

making it snazzy

This afternoon Archer decided to take an extra long nap, so guess what I am doing? I'm making my blog snazzy! It is gonna be SUPER cute when I'm said and done, but who knows when said and done will be, so stay tuned!

BTW: I'm sure my family, aka: the boys, would not appreciate the pink header, but a girls gotta have her pink somewhere! Agree?!

Gotta run...he is up, Archer! ...3 1/2 hours later, which he is a regular 2 hours on the DOT not a minute earlier or later napper.

Oh dear he is NOW crying because he found a lolli pop wrapper on the floor and is upset that I ate it! They are his...I don't think the extra 1 1/2 hour helped!

bonus picture

Go and peek at the picture and read her sweet words...

from Sarah Craig at Fish Lips Photography- check her out at www.fishlipsphotography.com

BTW: I got to view all of them online and they ROCK! I am going to have to get a bigger house, just so I can put all the pictures up in the hall, because I can't pick which one I love more than other, because I LOVE THEM ALL and they won't all fit in my hall!

Now if the postal system would just hurry up, so I can receive my CD (she already mailed it) with the images, so I can SHOW the WORLD my BLESSED family! Gosh- I just love my boys- the big one too!

you FOUND me!

Ashton has been cruising around Ashton way...backwards like a crab, rolling around the floor, getting up on his hands and knees and lunging his body forwards to make a forward move! He would rather be standing and is happier that way, so this leads me to believe that he will start walking soon just like his big brother did! BTW: 2 days ago I was cleaning the kitchen while Andrew was bathing the boys and I hear TIFFANY come quick! What? COME! ...and to my surprise Ashton had pulled himself up onto the bath tub and him and Archer were busy laughing at each other! Pure JOY and I just can't believe how quickly things change with these little boys! The next night I had made a little area for Ashton to play on the floor with a blanket and his toys while I was finishing dinner and I walk back into the living room and couldn't find him...umm I thought surely he is not crawling fast enough to go to his room! Archer were did your brother go? I don't know was his reply! Silence drew and I was quite confused and beginning to get concerned when I heard a thump and this is what I found...
...Ashton underneath the coffee table!

sandman

I'm now facing the idea of boys, Archer, having fun at a birthday party...

Andrew and Ashton hanging out on the playground- oh boy oh boy does Ashton want to get down and RUN with his big brother...

and this is how Archer was enjoying the swing- he is getting SO big I just can't believe it and SO full of life- what a JOY and blessing to watch him! He is SO happy and SO INDEPENDENT!

...can you see the sand on his little face and hands- well if you can't let me tell you he was covered from head to TOE! Leaving this party was not quite the fun part- he was a little upset that we were having to go and getting him in the car was another story- arms were flying and sand was too from the shorts, shoes, and hat! Needless to say we had a great time and there is still sand in my car from last weekend! AHH! Car wash I'll get there soon, because it is driving me crazy and Archer likes to pick it up each time he climbs out of the car, so it is still a "toy" that is grinding at me!
ps- Ashton crashed out in the car- he didn't throw a fit leaving, but doesn't he look angry?

OH- If having sand in my car means having the BEST two little blessings in the world for me then bring on the dump trucks!

tutu cute

A dear friend of mine informed us at a baby shower that her daughters bows are all in a basket and it is hard to find them when in a rush- oh dear I thought, so my brain was a moving and a thinking because her daughters birthday party was that following weekend!
I'll just cut to the chase and show ya what I ended up doing for her...

This is the top, which is made out of wood that Andrew cut out for me with his router and I painted it and then made a "flower" out of tulle and ribbon for an adornment on top!

The bottom I sewed a tutu with ribbon attached as a little "belt" and hanging pieces for plenty of room for bows to hang and clip to! Of course I had to have a fluffy tutu, because it's tutu cute!

A look at the finish product! designed and made by me for Miss Sarah Hearn, whom Archer or Ashton is going to marry per Laura Hearn and I'm good with that!

After I finished with it and got some great reviews I've been lead to make more for gifts, so of course each one is going to be created individually and differently- so many more ideas to add to them! If you are wanting to commission one- just email me smiletiff@hotmail.com and I'd love to do it for a pal!

MY micah!

Every other Wednesday some of my FABulous friends get together and just hang out and let the kids be just kids, which can be peaceful and then STRESSFUL when you've got BOYS! Archer and his friend, Micah, are just a day apart in birthdays, but not one step apart when playing together, which equals TROUBLE in an equation! So this past week we went to Jake's house, he is about 5 months old, so no need for child proofing yet, therefore that means REAL fun for two- 2 year old BOYS! Let me just cut to the point of this- they found gun shells, bounced on beds, hided in curtains, and unmade Cindy's bed and were pretending to watch Veggie Tales on the alarm clocks and then "took" their naps while giggling! I don't think Ally, Micah's mom, and I set down once and if we did it was only to get up!

It got really quiet, which is not a good sign in their case...the picture says it all!

Archer and Micah or as Archer says MY MICAH!
Don't question a two year old?

This picture will be worth a million times of blackmail! Can't wait...

Archer ready to go to MDO- we found this shirt that said kickin it in pre-school, which he thought was too cool! I think with his hair fixed it adds another foot to him! I know its time for a hair cut, but I'm not sure what to do with it these days!

MDO-Archer thought he was going to see Micah since we were going to the church, but needless to say I had to tell my big man that he was not going to have MDO with Micah! Goodness I don't think he liked what I said, because he asked me over and over where is Micah (I lost count!). So I discussed this issue with Micah's Mom and she said in the spring he would go there, but was going somewhere else for the fall!

I explained to her that it was VERY important, because having Micah there would make our mornings easier in getting ready if Archer knew he was going to see Micah, PLUS when they get older and are in each others weddings they can tell the silly stories of MDO and their Moms, which they will still LOVE to pieces! I'm sure of that!

7 months and SHOCKED..

The sign was WAY more interesting than me trying to take your picture- I lost count at how many I tried to take, but it was just getting worst UNTIL....

Ashton took charge and held the sign with a look that was telling me that's right- I'm in charge here and aren't I cute! Was it a slight smirk? (I know he looks like me and Archer looks like Andrew, but is this a sign of his personality- take charge?)

It is funny to look at the pictures- Ashton is a little red head! Don't worry Andrew has Irish in him and when the sun has "kissed" my hair I get red highlights!

SO......

Where does the time go? I just can't believe that my baby is already 7 months and has 2 bottom teeth with a third on the bottom trying to break through!

SARAH Craig, I'm sitting here typing up my post for my blog and I just can't help but think of you! Our conversations about blogging and keeping up with it! I just LOVE ya to pieces- you always keep me smiling! I'm trying to be a better blogger, but __________. Go ahead and fill in the blank depending on the day!

NOW to the real reason I am blogging: Archer and Ashton aka: My little Monkeys

Ashton Creed Fuller: my baby you are already sitting up and smiling with such joy in your eyes! You are able to sit up from lying down and for the longest time this past month you would just roll around on the floor to get to point A and B, but now you are crawling like a crab- backwards! You are just like your BIG brother- you get so frustrated with crawling and once someone stands you up you laugh and smile like no other!

FOOD: you LOVE sweat peas, blueberries and DISLIKE: spinach and potatoes, but really I tried it and I totally agree, so does Archer and Daddy too! It was so yucky that we all had to try- you made such a funny face- why not!?

In the mornings Archer and I come into your room after you've been having lots of conversations with your monkey lovey and wish you morning! Archer climbs up on the side railings and boos you with a good morning- you reply with a HUGE grin!

Archer- you are truly testing your independence and BOY oh BOY you are good at it and actually pretty good and taking care of getting things done for yourself! We need a LOCK on our frig- you are a growing boy, but I think there should be a limit to the oranges YOU peel and EAT!

You say the cutest things that just light up my heart and make me smile and it reminds me WHAT a BLESSING you and your little brother are!

Potty TRAINING- is this a life lesson? I am wondering when the training ends and we just are doing it without accidents! Argh! Actually I think you are doing a good job- you are just a silly little boy that LOVES to play and forgets about that the bathroom exists and then opps...
